  I came to this doctor to have a family physician while I'm recovering from my accident and the 1st visit wasn't even with the doctor. Who is James? I was a "patient" there and I never even seen him? That's not how a doctor office should work! I wasn't too concerned with the not seeing the doctor because I had gotten the medication I needed for my problem. But now, I'm really lost with what this doctor office is refusing to do. Getting a paper from my physical therapist to have a custom made sling or cast for my arm, I needed to have a physician to sign off on so I can get it made. This doctor would not sign the paper because it was from an accident that they have seen me about? Hmm, time to find a doctor that helps me and I will actually meet. I would advise you do the same.
