  I’ve had many great experiences in different Columbia stores over the years but the manager at the store in Tampa premium outlets has made sure I won’t send a dollar there ever again. Very rude and very unwilling to help. I have a printed military discount sheet from the outlet guest service and she refused to honor the printed 20% off and was just rude about the entire situation. I have used that discount along with others in many stores so I was shocked to hear that it’s no longer offered.
