  I purchased a commercial Ryobi string trimmer in May of 2017. The thread on the boom clamp stripped and I looked for the par online. I figured I'd call and see if they sell the part and remembered that there was 1yr warranty on the purchase. I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chad and told me that he would order the part free of charge and what really surprised me. Is that he's going to replace the whole thing! Little things like this keep me as a loyal customer. Also being that I am in the business where online reviews make or break you. I figured I'd do my best to give Chad and Direct Tools a nice pat on the back.
