  I called this company to inquire about diagnostics about my vehicle. The receptionist, Jane was extremely rude in answering my questions. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to have my vehicle checked. Her reply was a sarcastic, "uh, yeah, this is a small shop, you can't just show up" (I guess that was why I was asking, right?)
  
  I called back to speak to a manager, and Jane told me she was the manager and rudely asked "what do you need". I told Jane that I felt her response to me was inappropriate and asked for her supervisor. She put some guy on the phone, and when I told him what had occurred, his response was, "what do you want me to do, fire her"? Then proceeded to yell at me as if to be mocking my complaint.
  
  Would NEVER do business with them. Would NEVER give them my money.
