  I bought my first car (a 2008 Mazda S) here last week. I've been saving for it for the past 3+ years, and I'm very happy that I got it from this dealership. The owner is very down to earth and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car; I got a very reasonable price and the overall experience was very non-stressful and laid back. Great place with a diverse inventory.

  I bought my first car, a 2012 Nissan Versa S, here. When I arrived at Factory Direct Auto, I never felt pressured to buy a car. Todd was very down to earth and honest. He answered all of my questions and made the buying experience comfortable. He told me that he always encourages his customers to come back to him if there is any issue. Shortly after purchasing the car I noticed a minor squeaking noise. I called Todd and he had me come out for him to take a look at it. It turned out to be nothing major and just the bushings. Taking time out of his day, he put my car on the lift and checked the car again, fixing the issue at no charge. You will not find a more honest car dealer. He takes pride in what he does and wants his customers to be happy. My car runs great and I couldn’t be happier! If you are looking for a used car, go to Factory Direct Auto. He really does stand by his word. Thanks again for everything! I will be sending everyone I know to Factory Direct Auto.
