  Worst experience ever.
  Lived here for 2.5 years, broke lease to buy a home, they instantly turned into nightmares to deal with. Also, they made my girlfriend wait for me to get home, because she forgot her apartment key at work. Great customer service.. (sarcasm), I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this apartment complex like the plague it truly is. (also ask to see the bathroom that's attached to the gym when you visit this place, it's poorly maintained, brought my family here during the 4th of July one year, urinals were overflowing, always reeks of urine, people get drunk and urinate on the floor, its disgusting. I don't think the bathroom there was ever clean any time I went to use it.)
  
  We were the best tenants anyone could ask for, never made a single late payment, never complained about anyone ( and believe me there was a LOT of things I could have complained about ) they scam every dollar out of you that they can, charged $75 for a remote for the gates, charged a $500 pet fee, raised the "pet rent" by $5 a month..(really?? WHY?) I'm sure they will try to charge me for "damages" (there are none, I even did a walk through with a lawyer and inspector, and had them both sign off on it), I am anticipating them being shady and trying to charge me, on top of the $2,200 it cost to break the lease. and I welcome it, as I will gladly take them to court over everything, and sue them on top of it. This place has been nothing but hell since Lantower took over, all I can say is AVOID this place.
