  I just purchased a Steinway Model L from Mike Pratt at Picarzo Pianos. I live in the Midwest. Because of the distance I was unable to see or hear the piano in person before purchase. Multiple pictures and recordings of the piano being played were supplied on the Picarzo website. All were entirely accurate representing the current state of the instrument. I have never made such a large purchase solely using the internet, but Mike explained the process clearly. I chose an independent piano technician in his area to perform an evaluation before purchase. I also had some special requests on delivery due to my rural location, the fact that the piano was not being delivered to my home address, and delayed delivery due to a previously planned trip. All of these requests were accommodated without question. When the piano arrived, it was in perfect condition. The local company which took intermediate delivery (Kanawha Piano Gallery) were professional and placed the piano in its final location without mishap. The entire experience could not have gone more smoothly. Working with Mike was a pleasure from beginning to end. He responded quickly to every email communique, graciously answering my questions promptly and accurately. In summary, I would recommend Picarzo Pianos without reservations for any piano purchase. It is difficult to find a quality instrument in my rural area necessitating my internet search and purchase. Picarzo Pianos provides quality instruments at a reasonable price with superior service.
