  Slick is the best word to describe this place. Nice but slick. Go it to buy 2 phones and switch to Verizon. Get the BOGO deal, drop $950 that day, and then get 2 iPads with out being told they would be on a plan and $40/month until my first bill cycle (which was $440). Then... they won’t refund or help out when I don’t want them. Said I’m stuck with it for 2 years. I’ll make more phone calls to head office and get my refund, but lying in the beginning to make the sale is a lack of integrity. Be careful with promos and deals. Get the clarification of costs first. These guys are all sales people. Their job is sales. You are on your own after you walk out the door.

  What a fine experience! Mychal was a real pleasure to deal with. Before it always seemed to take forever, but today was totally better than any other phone buying experience, and this is our 5th or maybe 6th.
